What is new in our compensation plan?

Leadership Bonus: Upon completion of stages 3 – stage6, members now earn additional 15% of the stage completion bonus. This means more to earn!

Teamwork Bonus: Stage completion bonus is now divided into six (Team work bonus). Members don’t have to wait till they complete stages3- stages6 before they earn. As soon as a downline joins them in the team work level, they earn instantly. At the completion of the stage, they still earn additional 15% of stage completion bonus as leadership bonus.

Retirement Bonus: Upon completion of stage6, affiliate members now earn 0.25% of all the registrations within his/her genealogy. An online monitor is provided for every qualified member to view daily, weekly and monthly registrations and earnings within their genealogy.

Early Incentives: Members will now qualify for incentives as soon as they complete the stage chart which is before they begin the teamwork. Members no longer have to wait to complete stage3-stage6 before they qualify for the incentives. Incentives are now provided within one week of request or completion.

Incentives as Cash: Members who desire to get cash instead of incentives can now request. 12.5% of the incentives value will be deducted as service charge and the remainder credited to the member’s bank account. Request are paid during stage bonus withdrawal periods (25th - 28th of every month)

Transfer from Card to Cash Accounts and Vice versa: Members who transferred cash points to their card account can re-initiate same request back to their daily accounts.

Our compensation plan is very simple and achievable in a short period, if you are focused and committed in acheiving this. You earn bonuses on each person you refer. You must not balance your legs to earn direct & indirect bonuses.

Building Blocks: In Stage 1, you are expected to have a total of 6 persons (Your Team) (2 in First Generation and 4 in Second Generation). This six persons moves with you to all stages.

Team Work: This applies from Stage3 – Stage6. Each of your Team member is expected to complete their stage chart before you move to the other stage so its necessary to work with your team. Stage 1 (Silver)

You refer 2 people (1st Generation), and earn 50 points on each persons you refer (Direct Bonus). When your direct downlines refer two people each (2nd Generation), you will earn 25 points from each of your 2nd Generation down lines as described in the diagram below.



You will earn a total of 200 points = (50X2 members) + (25X4 members) or its equivalent in Level 1. You will complete stage 1 as soon as you have a total of 6 downlines in your network. NOTE: You have the opportunity to earn more through direct referrals. You will earn 50 points on anyone you refer to purchase our discount card.


Stage 2 (Gold)

Each of your team member in stage 1 (6 downlines = 1st Generation + 2nd Generation) is expected to replicate the same network tree in stage 1 so that you can migrate to stage2. In illustration below, 6 of your downlines with a total of 6 persons in their network are expected to join you here so that you can move to stage 2 as shown below:


You will earn a stage completion bonus of 300 points when you complete this stage

 

Stage 3 (Platinum)

This stage comprises of Stage chart Level and Team work Level. You begin your stage chart level the moment you complete stage2. Each of your team member is also expected to complete stage2 so that they can meet you in stage chart level. The moment you finish the stage chart level, you begin the Team work level. Each of your team member is also expected to complete their stage chart levels so that you can migrate to stage4. You are automatically moved to stage4 once all your team members complete their stage chart levels.


EARNING: You earn 250 Points or its equivalent as electronics the moment you complete your stage chart The choice is yours . You earn 165 points when each team member completes stage chart level (joins you in team work level). Total from teamwork bonus 165 x 6 = 990points Finally, you earn a leadership bonus of 150 Points when you complete stage3. Total earning in stage3 is 250 + 990 + 150 = 1,390points

 


Stage 4 (Ruby)

This stage comprises of Stage chart Level and Team work Level. You begin your stage chart level the moment you complete stage3. Each of your team member is also expected to complete stage3 so that they can meet you in stage chart level. The moment you finish the stage chart level, you begin the Team work level. Each of your team member is also expected to complete their stage chart levels so that you can migrate to stage5. You are automatically moved to stage5 immediately your team members complete their stage chart levels.


EARNING: You earn 3,000 Points or its equivalent as foreign trip the moment you complete your stage chart The choice is yours . You earn 830 points when a team member completes stage chart level (joins you in team work level). Total from teamwork bonus 830 x 6 = 4,980points Finally, you earn a leadership bonus of 750 Points when you complete stage4. Total earning in stage4 is 3,000 + 4,980 + 750 = 8,730points


Stage 5 (Emerald)

This stage comprises of Stage chart Level and Team work Level. You begin your stage chart level the moment you complete stage4. Each of your team member is also expected to complete stage4 so that they can meet you in stage chart level. The moment you finish stage chart level, you begin the Team work level. Each of your team member is also expected to complete their stage chart levels so that you can migrate to stage5. You are automatically moved to stage6 immediately all your team members complete their stage chart levels.


EARNING: You earn 15,000 Points or its equivalent as car the moment you complete your stage chart The choice is yours . You earn 3,300 points when each team member completes stage chart level (joins you in team work level). Total from teamwork bonus 3300 x 6 = 19,980points Finally, you earn a leadership bonus of 3,000 Points when you complete stage5. Total earning in stage5 is 15,000 + 19,980 + 3000 = 37,980points


Stage 6 (Diamond)

This stage comprises of Stage chart Level and Team work Level. You begin your stage chart level the moment you complete stage5. Each of your team member is also expected to complete stage5 so that they can meet you in stage chart level. The moment you finish stage chart level, you begin the Team work level. Each of your team member is also expected to complete their stage chart levels so that you can migrate to stage6. You are automatically moved retired immediately all your team members complete their stage chart levels.


EARNING: You earn 50,000 Points or its equivalent as house/property the moment you complete your stage chart The choice is yours . You earn 8,330 points when each team member completes stage chart level (joins you in team work level). Total from teamwork bonus 8330 x 6 = 49,980points Finally, you earn a leadership bonus of 7,500 Points when you complete stage6. Total earning in stage4 is 50,000 + 49,980 + 7,500 = 107,480points + Monthly Retirement Bonus


Tips From Our Referral Program

There are some stipulated policies that affiliate members needs to know before joining our affiliate program. These conditions are described below:

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Membership for our affiliate program is FREE. However, you are required to purchase a duscount card to enrol its details into our affiliate program. There is NO REFUND of fees for discount card purchase. You can cancel your referral program membership at anytime at no cost. You will forfeit all benefits of the program if you decide to terminate your membership and it can't be reversed.

Indirect Bonus Policy: Members earn indirect bonuses of 25points on all second generation downlines (25points x 4) however; members would be required to sponsor a registration for the indirect bonuses to be credited in their back-office. Members may not be able to access these indirect bonuses without sponsoring a new member.

Account Transfer Policy: For an account transfer request or for a change of bank details, you may be required to provide a valid means of identification. This policy is to ensure proper verifications.

Social Welfare Policy: This is a welfare program designed by 3pexcel International to provide some token for deceased members. Beneficiaries’ next of kin can access these funds in cases of members’ death.

Conditions in accessing 3pexcel social welfare:

  • Member must be between 18 – 65 years of age
  • Member must have sponsored at least one account
  • Membership must be 90 days or older (new entrants are not considered).
  • Member must be in stage 2 or higher.

Social Welfare Application Process
Next of kin to the deceased member receives 500 points (check its equivalent in your local currency). Application for these funds can be done in any of our corporate offices.
The following items should be submitted during the application:

  • Social Welfare Application Form
  • Member’s Death Certificate
  • Member’s Birth Certificate

Deductions from our referral program: We make a one-time deduction on all accounts in the referral program. These deductions cover the following fees

  • Administrative Fees
  • Discount Card
  • Social Welfare Fees
These fees varies according to country but are estimated to cost around 25points. They are deducted as soon as you make the first referral bonus. Withdrawal bank charges are borne by beneficiaries. Bank charges vary depending on the country, banks or methods of payments.
